Themis Development Company  is an independent General Contracting & Consulting firm comprised of QC inspectors, QSPs, & independent consultants alike that have extensive experience in many facets of the Construction Industry. This allows our field representatives and consultants unique insight into the day-to-day struggles of planning, purchasing,  sequencing, and operation of New Construction Mixed-Use Multi-Family projects and the nuances that go along with it.  Our representatives leverage their insight and experience to work with our client's team in the field and the office to ensure compliance with all applicable project documents, code requirements, and the bevy of federal, state, and environmental standards throughout the state of California.
